En tant que chef et traiteur privé, j'ai eu le plaisir de travailler avec de nombreux clients formidables au fil des ans. Voici quelques-uns des mots qu'ils ont partagés à propos de mon travail :

MOTHER, Cannes Lions
Rita was Mother’s chef during the Cannes Lions Advertising Festival in June 2024. Mother had a private villa for a week and hosted a variety of client and industry events – brunches, lunches, dinners, BBQs and cocktail parties.
She was completely phenomenal. Her attitude, patience, passion, care and dedication to the project from initial brief, right through to execution exceeded all of our expectations. She fully understood our brand and what we wanted to produce. It goes without saying that the food was absolutely delicious. We focused on seasonality with an emphasis on fruit, vegetables and fish. Her cakes, pastries and desserts were out of this world.
I would recommend her to anybody, but I am afraid we will be booking her for every Lions Festival, so she will be unavailable then!

It has been a week since Air France Flight 860 dropped us off at Hartsfield Jackson in Atlanta. After a night of battling the clock, I got up , dressed and went to get my long coffee, 2 eggs over medium plus and bacon. Much to my dismay there was no one in the kitchen. Where is Rita? The withdrawal process is still in force. So I am back to making my own bacon and eggs and long coffee. However the memory of a lovely lady who brought joy to us for 30 Days in June 2022 is forever etched in my brain. Rita was a choice we made while looking for a chef and boy did we make the right choice. Rita has Michelin quality with her food but also has the zest our life that is contagious. I love it when she does her little dance and laughs. I love it whenever she insists that I drink water even when I am not thirsty. “You must hydrate”, she would say. So I would salute and drink my water (some days). Rita, we miss you and love you. Please plan a trip to Georgia. I promise to make you a long Coffee.

During that time Rita has impressed the family with a wide range of cuisine and her capacity to adapt to any request. Rita is very well organised with her kitchen stocks and always make sure there is plenty of options for the family and the staff. She is very passionated about food and always open to try new recipes and learn new things. The principals have very high expectations regarding food and Rita always pleased with every dish she was creating, from making a simple meal to a very sophisticated plated dinner for up to 14 VIP guests. Rita has a bubbly personality which was appreciated by the family and all the staff members, we do hope she can join the team once again for the next summer season.

Rita Drubek was employed as a private chef to our Principals between June to October 2019 and June to November 2020. During this period, she was responsible for provisioning, menu planning and cooking lunch/canapés/dinner on a daily basis. She has proved herself to be highly efficient and very adaptable to the ever-changing number of guests and all their various culinary needs. She accompanied the Principals on multiple occasions on their yacht and cooked at a special soirée organized by our Principals in Manchester, entertaining very high-profile guests.
We were impressed by her always cheerful can-do attitude and her never ending repertoire of delicious dishes from all corners of the world. We are wishing her all the best and we are hoping to re-employ her in the future.

"Ms Drubek was initially employed to work at Villa Horizon in St Jean Cap Ferrat in the summer 2018. After a successful season she continued to work for us in our London home as trial for a permanent travelling chef position. During this time she was responsible for provisioning, organizing deliveries, maintenance of kitchens both in France and the UK, liaising with personnel in both residences. As our chef she was asked to cater to the family's diverse dietary needs, including Bengali, Polish, Asian, American, halal, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free cuisines. She was also asked to cook for two toddlers, to help introduce the youngest child to solid foods and to cater for the live-in staff while respecting their personal food preferences.
Her food is delicious, full of flavor and made with love. She is flexible and was always able to adapt to our schedule and changing number of guests. We would recommend her as a family friendly and versatile private chef."
